Terms and conditions

Once an order has been placed for goods that are in stock, and cleared payment has been received, we will book a
courier service for delivery to you within 3 days (unless the order is placed on a weekend or bank holiday).

Delivery charges and product prices quoted on our website are for delivery to UK mainland.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, UK islands or Scottish Highlands may incur surcharges. Please email
Chocolate Falls to check first before ordering.

THE FOLLOWING TERMS LIMIT, AND IN SOME CASES EXCLUDE ALTOGETHER, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU.

1. We will not have any responsibility or liability for the non-delivery of any products unless either;
a) all of the products charged for are not delivered, or
b) you give us full details of the shortages within 2 working days of the part delivery.

2. All products are checked before delivery. The delivery agent states that any damages to the product, due to carriage,
must be reported within 48 hours if a claim is to be made. Check your order once delivered and report any damages.

3. Chocolate Falls & Parties and Event.co.uk does not accept any responsibility for late or non-delivery of goods arising
from incorrect delivery information being provided.

4. We are not liable for any consequential or special damages or loss (including loss of income, profits, markets, reputation,
use of contents or loss of an opportunity) or other indirect loss arising from the loss, damage, delay, misdelivery or non-delivery
of your order even if we had knowledge that such damages or loss might arise.

5. The Nostalgia Fondue creates a fun chocolate fountain effect. Full robing is not guaranteed.
